The drive-thur speaker was either too low or the employee just didn't care to listen. I said my order over and over until I gave up and drove off! It was the easiest order....one HOT peppermint mocha and ICED Coffee. The employee was trying to make everything hot and add cream and sugar to the peppermint drink....insanity!!! I rather drive up the street to another location like I did than EVER patronize this location ever again!!!
