  When I went in to get my food I got greeted by a rude worker who had hickies all over her neck. When she asked me what I wanted I told her and when she got my order wrong I told her, she rolled her eyes at me like she didn’t want to fix the food. Why would I want to come to a place like this when they hire employees who don’t ever want to be there. Horrible experience

  I went to this location there was nobody in line. I got in line and the whole staff literally looks me in the eye and turns thier back on me and walks away. So I took a seat waiting for them to return. Then 3 hispanic people came in right after me they all were greeted and immediately helped. If you are African American dont come here they blatantly dont like and disrespect black people.

  We stopped in to place an order today. The manager was absolutely wonderful! She made sure everything was in order and even made sure what we ordered was perfect! The staff was very upbeat and did a great job! However, I forgot her name and tried calling. The Chipotle automated system was horrible!! Therefore, I hung up without being able to get her name, but I am still writing the review because they're doing a great job!!

  Visité el nuevo Chipotle de la zona y quedé muy satisfecha con la experiencia. El lugar está limpio, moderno y bien organizado. Desde que entré, el ambiente fue agradable y el personal me atendió con mucha amabilidad y paciencia. Se nota que se esfuerzan por ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente. La comida, como siempre, fresca y deliciosa. Los ingredientes se veían de muy buena calidad y todo estaba perfectamente preparado. Me encantó poder personalizar mi burrito y ver cómo lo preparaban justo frente a mí. Sin duda, este nuevo Chipotle se ha convertido en uno de mis lugares favoritos para comer rápido, rico y con un servicio excelente. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

  While it's never easy to earn a five-star review, it sure is easy to earn a 1-star review and this BRAND NEW establishment sure did that this evening unfortunately. To begin, the employees did not greet anyone as they entered the store or at the least acknowledge any of them as they stood waiting for food in line, making the atmosphere very cold and unwelcoming. The young lady preparing the food on the line for customers, did not perform a glove change-out after serving several different customer orders and prepping various food items, which can pose a risk for some with certain food allergies or preferences through cross-contamination of ready-to-eat products. The cashier was rude and never smiled or said thank you or your welcome, she simply gave a small gruff noise if a customer did not order a side or a drink with their meal. This was my first ever experience trying to eat at a Chipotle and after hearing so many glowing reviews of their food, it's disheartening to have to admit that the employee to customer experience at this location, was well below average. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and when I inquired about the different toppings, letting the young lady know it was my first time, she didn't take time to explain the menu or popular favorites. Chipotle on 83rd Ave and Camelback, thank you for the 1-star experience.
