After the staff saw the group of 20 they started rushing people through to the point sour cream was flying off the spoon onto the walls. I even asked her to slow down and she said " what else do you want?!?" Worst customer service ever
- STStagger TycoonFeb 3, 20261.0Awful experience. Got two kids meals for 10.70 total before tax. Gave the cashier/s a 20 dollar bill. They started to give me 13 dollars back. I explained that that was too much change. One of them said "it's fine". I stated it wasn't there register would be short that was too much change. Than they gave me 4.50 back .....too little change. Attempted to get them to re ring it up and deduct from 20. They were incapeable of and refused to give me ALL OF MY CHANGE......was only non Hispanic people in there it felt as if the employees were being ......ya. Made no sense. Was very rude and seemingly biased customer service. Will not be going there again. The food was sloppy as well....didn't even close the lids of the food. Chipotle:teach your employees basic math/give them a machine that gives the change. Very upsetting experience. From being honest and not receiving excess change to not getting all of my money back. I have two receipts and neither makes sense
