Manager Joshua was extremely rude and dismissive when I brought up his messy floor, which included a fall hazard of melting ice that an employee caused. Also the dirty napkin dispenser on the wall, the missing items such as lids for my drink and no salt for fries - the overflowing trash - and him specifically allowing a pit bull dog and his dog owner buddy (they are always chatting when I come in) and it seems the manager allows the dog and owner to basically live in the seating area! I have encountered the dog and its owner no less than ten times on recent visits. Tonight I watched the dog owner dump the contents of the dogs bowl into the soda fountain drain which is highly unsanitary. I have been to this location at least 20+ times because I shop at the Walmart it is inside of. The location is convenient but it’s DISGUSTING every single time and the manager should be fired! He literally walked away from me after less than 30 seconds of trying to bring my concerns to his attention. He has zero customer service skills and is a horrible representation of your company. I would be happy to elaborate further if needed.

2nd review. Same point. This man right here is a super human. He is why this place is amazing. I asked his name this time but forgot. It was a couple days ago that I was there. Watching this man in action proves that customer service is still alive.
