- TCTeresa CNov 9, 20254.0My club sandwich was great! I would get it again. However the young ladies at the counter were not checking the dine-in silverware and most of the containers were empty. Since they were not busy waiting on customers I mentioned it to them. One of them put a small handful of knives in one of the containers but left the rest empty. 🤷♀️ Also one of the two ice dispensers was empty. My sister mentioned it to them but no one checked/refilled it. Again they were standing around without customers quite a bit of the time. Made us wonder if no manager was on duty. We'll still be back. Love the pizza. Just thought you'd like to know some of the staff are not motivated to stay on top of things. Thank you.

We called very nicely and asked about what we ordered and this was not it they argued with us and told us no they have a lot of people in front and I think customer service is one of the things they need to work on.

This makes the second time that I asked for pepperoni pizza slice, and was given something else because the worker didn’t take the time to look at what pizza was available. Some customers are very specific about their food. I usually come in there on my lunch break so I don’t always have time to wait for a fresh pizza. Sometimes giving a Refund is not Always the answer and no Other Solution was offered either!
