About 1-2 years ago, I had a problem with this specific Albertsons overcharging and then not refunding me for almost 3 weeks (during which time they made me jump through as many hoops as they could set up in order for me to get my refund), today I again had an issue with them. I placed and order for pickup, a total of 76 items (48 of which were the ramen packages on sell this week). There should have been 31 different items altogether. When the girl goes to pick my order, I'm following along on the app as I know the tendencies of this specif Albertsons store's employees. The girl only picks 18 items, plus one item marked out of stock. The 19 total items come to more than the original amount of my order, and she basically specifically didn't pick one item for each bundle deal so all items are full priced. I call to get this issue resolved and the woman at pickup tries to argue with me about what the order really was when I literally have the original order receipt in my email. She keeps saying they can't just choose not to pick an item and the items were out of stock, but if that was the case, they'd be marked out of stock on the app, like the single out of stock item the picker marked, which they weren't. They simply weren't picked. 12 items total were not picked from my original order, 12 items is A LOT of items to be messing up on. I will never again give my business to either Albertsons or Safeway, I have given them 2 chances now and both times they tried to scam me out of money. This company should be ashamed. I have the original receipt and the return receipt, and you can very clearly see the discrepancy.
