- AAArianaApr 4, 20265.0I have been here multiple times and never had a negative experience. Everybody there has such a positive attitude towards the customers. The area is very well maintained and there is no trash anywhere. My server Ally, had lots of positive energy and had me smiling the whole time I was there. She is very sweet and makes me want to go back a million times.

A large part of my earnings for my job comes from tips, in fact. What grinds my gears is that I show so much consideration only to be given none. I'm dead last to be served when technically I should be the first. I'm ignored and I watch as the window clerk acknowledges customer after customer at their next opportunity instead of me when they're looking at me and I'm here wondering where the order is. It took until getting directly in front of her and shoving my phone in her face (something considered rude in my line of work) for her to get my drink. My advice to those reading my review is don't tip. You shouldn't be tipping when you're getting McDonald's level service or worse. These employees do not care about you one way or the other. Tipping them is not going to make them care more about their job. It pains me to say these things as I come to this location at Westgate the most often. I was here on 3/9/2026 at around noon.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
