- PBPaola BeeeJan 21, 20261.0You pull up to the drive thru, sit and wait and wait it’s been over 5 minutes and I’m assuming they’re backed up I drive up to the actual window and a lady says how can I help you and I told her I had been sitting at the menu waiting to order she says “you must’ve have not been that close to it “ I said I could see all of the menu , but can I order and she proceeds to tell me she has someone waiting behind me that ordered ? The person who was behind me? When I was sitting in line the whole time . I said so I can’t order? She says I need to drive back around and get in line ? I ask for her name and she tells me she’s the manger Elaine (something along those lines ) then I tell her that makes no sense then she says she can just take my order rudely at that point I do not want anything from this establishment. I’m baffled at how easily preventable this transaction could have been , for the manager word of advice do better .
