  Im not really here for a review. Im just here to tell those who complain about the closing on Christmas. You guys must understand that they have families too. Just bc they are open doesn't mean they want to be its what the company forces them to work. So the fact that you guys think they should've have taken your order bc it was Christmas is insane. You should honestly thank them for being open on those days. Its ridiculous how entitled some of you are. Just bc you dont wanna be with your families and want dukin instead blows my mind. Shame on those of you who feel that way.

  Corey the young man in the window taking the order Has a Great Attitude and Positive Vibes that I would Definitely Be Looking Forward to Seeing Him Again Thanks For Being So Awesome Young Man and I will be tipping him by himself because he deserves a promotion. I tried to give him a tip but he said that he’s not allowed to take tips in cash so I tipped on my cards. But he said it’s for everyone. I don’t like that but I tipped anyway.

  Ugh. Did not purchase anything. Was at the counter while two employees had a conversation in the back. Finally One came out on her headset taking a drive through order pushing a trashcan with gloved hands, coughs into her hand then walks over to handle doughnuts and puts them in a bag for drive through. I left.

  I usually have five stars for this Duncan as I frequent it every day sometimes twice a day. I'm a very loyal customer. But today is Christmas I know they closed at 2:00. We were in line at 1:50 came up to the ordering window right at 2:00 and they turned us away. Not only us but someone else in front of us. I thought that was very rude as maybe since it's Christmas they couldn't at least said well they were in line for 10 minutes already let's at least give them their coffee. I think that absolutely sucked

  This is by far the slowest location we’ve ever been too… we come here once a week because it’s in route to our Sunday plans and every single week we spend 20min in the drive through and that’s will maybe 5 cars in front of us on average.
