- EEEggzolentzMar 22, 20261.0Their was a billing dispute. We had checked our bank account and it was charging eventhough on the website it was showing the order wasn't being placed. When it was caught, I had called the location trying to resolve the discreptcy. The individual repeatedly stated the manager would catch it, later that night and refund the money. (I had to select pay cash in order for the website to proceed which I paid in person) The individual didnt comprehend or actively listen to the fact I would have paid twice if I pay in cash. I waited the day, charge still there. I called them back an individual answered the phone (I believe it was Enriqual, he refused to clarify who was but identified himself as a manager and stated " I dont have to identify myself nor will I, take it up with Dominoes). He than continued to say were not the bank its their fault their is a charge. Still not actively listening. I than advised him, hey all you had to say is sorry, it happened call your bank for dispute. He than doubled down on being rude instead if acknowledging there was a billing issue or possible website issue. Than hung up, followed up by hanging up on callbacks. Than, answered and doubled down even more on being unproffessional to say the less. Worst customer service and professionalism I have ever experienced. So, just a heads up dont expect them to resolve their own issues. Food was ok thou, so at least they didnt spit in the food. I'll change my review if they actually respond professionally.I would avoid this place unless you want a hostile environment ir that good old New York attitude.
