- NSNicole SmithApr 3, 20261.0Never been to Dave & Buster’s but this has got to be by far the worst one I’m guessing everybody in there was extremely rude, especially the short really short lady with glasses. I had the worst time you need to train your employees to be better with people every single one of them was horrible and then we ordered food and waited almost 50 minutes and nothing still came out and when we spoke to the manager, the food wasn’t even plated yet or even started cooking almost an hour after we ordered it. What happened to the years of a good customer service y’all better fix this location quick I mean I’m telling you your crew is so mean I wanted to punch every one of them so disappointed. It was my birthday also and they ruined it.

She knew the answers to any questions we had about the specials and menu items. I would absolutely recommend people to come to this Dave & Busters!!!
