  Expensive but delicious! The mint covered ice cream cones are delicious even though the chocolate ones used to be my favorite and the Cherry was my husband's favorite. But I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they now had a mint covered one. Super excited. Just wish the prices weren't going up so high these days.. aiming

  Dirty Queen at Arrowhead mall is the worst experience I've ever had, literally, I had two sips out of my drink and it was all gone, they fill it with extra ice. I went to complaint and they didn't even care. They didn't suggest any ways to solve the issue, instead they said that's how they were trained and told me to have a good day as the employee walked away. That's not the service to be expected from a brand I've had for years, and enjoyed so many great times with my children at other locations. I even asked for their manager, and there wasn't one available.

  The only dude working did not know how to make a sundae it was weak, and maybe because he was alone, but man, common dude, the kids that work with you do better than that. They are kind and not so many excuses on why you can't do it this way or that. They always get it right for my mama. Maybe you need to learn more and not be a manager. Ugh, horrible experience 🤮🤢

  Milk shakes were great. My husband and I are both handicapped and need drive-through services. All else fine.
