- LBLea BermudezApr 2, 20263.0I'm not a big Chipotle fan to begin with. But it was close to the theater and 1 of the only places open at the time. My *husband and I went in and I ordered my bowl. The girl prepared it and instead of helping my *h who was next to me, she begins to prepare an online order. So mind you, my food is getting cold, and I was told to wait to pay until my *h ordered his food. The tables were dirty, there was a mess at the drink station and no napkins.

- JWJayme WilliamsMar 24, 20261.0I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a bowl for my daughter and found a hair in her food, which is unacceptable on its own. What made it worse was how difficult it was to get this resolved. I first tried using the app chat and only received a generic apology with no real solution. I then called the store twice with no answer. After that, I finally reached someone through a call center, not even the actual location, and was offered a refund. It took me 25 minutes to drive there and another 25 minutes to get back home. Gas isn’t cheap, and time matters. Simply refunding the meal doesn’t make up for the inconvenience, the wasted trip, or the experience of serving contaminated food to a child. I expected better quality control and much better customer service. This experience didn’t reflect that at all. EDIT - I have an update since chipotle actually answered on here and requested I contact them through their website. So, my update is this… they apologized and gave me a free drink to use within thirty days. Wow thanks for that. Waste of time. I literally have been going here at least once a week. Never again. You’ve lost a customer.

My boyfriend and I love grabbing Chipotle after the gym, and she's always on point - even when they’re closing! She's quick, super polite, and gets our orders spot-on every time.
