- TWTara Wheeler4 days ago3.0Normally, at this location, I have really great experiences but the last couple of times that I have used their new mobile drive-through lane It’s been kind of lacking. There’s no person that stands on the mobile through side so you have to scan a QR code and with no person being there, you can’t ask for sauce you can’t add to your order and then it seems to be slower than the regular lane for some reason so it ends up taking longer, and I feel like that kind of defeats the purpose of having the mobile order drive-through.

Basically, its invite only and they do it in a really shady way where you think its open to the public, but its not. Confusing, exclusive, and only for their inner circle. This is not how Chic Fil A operates in the south and you can see the lack of care in this location. Im sure the CEO of Chic Fil A would not approve of this behavior

We have a kid that participates on the robotics team at cactus high and we try to provide dinner for the team once a month. Today was supposed to be pizza, but I heard someone brought pizza for lunch so I went into a panic. Caitlin and her team sprung into action and got those 22 kids fed last minute for me. It was a huge relief for me. It's great knowing that if all else fails just hit up Chick-fil-A, they have your back!
