4th time coming and I love this place! Delicious fresh made food, and always warm and welcoming service. I drove an additional 15 minutes out of my way to come here, because it genuinely is the best. They gave me a free drink, because I haven’t tried it previously, and wow so delicious.

I was completely blown away by this place! Just walking into the restaurant you get the sense they really pay attention to the little details and great service. And while I was there waiting for my food no less than 2 customers were audibly raving about the food to the staff. Absolutely best falafel I've ever had!

Extremely disappointed. I see this place has had great reviews. I would say something has changed. I ordered the 2 falafel entrees that came with a salad and lentil soup and bread. I was fasting that day as it was still Ramadan. And this meal was a huge miss that I went hungry at work after I broke my fast. Although the falafels did taste great, they were Sahra desert dry which I could continue to eat. I have no beef with the lentil soup. I have had better, but that portion to be considered as part of the meal is embarrassing. It came on a condiment size. The salad was the most depressing part of the meal. I was absolutely shocked a salad like that would be served. Old iceberg lettuce and it didn’t even come with dressing and the combination of tomato with chunky pickles, I am still confused about how depressing that salad was. Oh , and the bread, it was a tortilla. 🙄 Nothing about that is Middle Eastern. This place was a huge miss entirely. And for the price ( I paid somewhere around $40) for both meals. I have had better meals at really nice restaurants for that price. Safe to say I will not be coming back. Oh and the hot sauce the meal came with, I have never seen a portion of a 1oz being skimmed on.

If you're looking for casual Mediterranean food this is on the money. It's not fancy dining, but it's comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. Everyone was incredibly kind. The food is amazing. I love that they have a lot of options for individuals who have dietary concerns. I particularly like a lot of vegetables so I got the chicken shawarma protein bowl with a salad base. Another member of our group got the beef shawarma with rice and salad. They said it was excellent. The other member of our party finished his beef shawarma wrap before I could even ask him if he liked it so you know. All of it came served with a lentil soup.

My experience with House of Falafel was absolutely marvelous! It started with a bowl of their velvety smooth lentil soup that I had at friend's house a year or so ago. It is beautifully blended into a silky texture that glides across the spoon and warms you from the very first taste. Steam rises softly from the bowl, the aroma savory, inviting a soup experience that is delicious and deeply satisfying. As I am not from the Phoenix area, I reached out with a special request to order their lentil soup by mail to be sent to me in Nashville. They kindly made it happen. The soup arrived well packaged and reasonably priced. The entire process was handled with spectacular service from start to finish. What impressed me just as much as the food was the customer service. Such nice people! The team went out of their way to accommodate my request, and the experience left a lasting impression. I am really looking forward to visiting Phoenix in the near future, and when I do, I will absolutely stop by in person. I have it on good word that their falafel ring is among the best not only in Arizona but perhaps anywhere in the country, and I cannot wait to try more of their menu. This is one of those rare places where I truly cannot speak highly enough about both the product and the people behind it. Highly recommended.
