  Waited around 1 hr to finally get our food. In hindsight the minute we saw there was an event going on or some type of conference nearby we should have left. Our server and the staff were nice, but I wish they would have been honest with us that we would wait forever to get our food. They seated us under 20mins, but it was forever until we could even get our drinks order taken. We then waited even longer for our food. It was a busy day for them, but please tell customers that you’re slammed because we were starving and no longer had appetite for mediocre food once it came. Many unhappy customers that day.

  Terrible service for a day that isn't that busy. They sat us down and didn't and didn't check back on us waited about good 15 mins before we walked out. Multiple servers passed right next to us and nothing and im pretty sure even the manager passed by. Someone could of definitely told us a "be right with you " or at least offered to get out drinks.

  This is my first and last time ever going to Buffalo wild wings everything was absolutely terrible there wasn't one good part of this experience at all from the price of the food to the cleanliness it was all terrible we're not recommend when I'm going to tell everybody to avoid this place like the plague

  There were small pieces of plastic in our drinks, I brought it to the staffs attention, and they acted like it wasn't a big deal. It took forever to get our drinks, appetizers and food. Very slow service. Items were forgotten, when staff was reminded, They brought the wrong item after another wait. Last time coming to this location!!

  Puedo decir que antes estaba mejor. Las personas que trabajan ahí no tienen ganas de hacerlo, solamente están por estar, no puedo creer que nisiquiera una sola persona pueda entender lo que estaba pidiendo y entiendo que no tienen la culpa que no hable inglés, pero puedo decir que no puedo entender porque nisiquiera tienen la disposición de tratar de entender algo, hace un año mi familia y yo visitábamos constantemente aquí y las personas que tienen de empleados los han ido cambiando y cada vez peor. No solamente van jóvenes, también asiste gente adulta que quieren pasar un rato agradable y esas personas “empleadas” son un desagrado total.
