  Wendy’s your food is barely edible anymore. Same story at every location cold, nasty, low quality trash. I hear you are closing several locations, this is no surprise to me and it shouldn’t be for you either. There is no sense to quality anymore. You may as well make your beef patties round now because as a company you are 100% cutting corners these days. Remember hot juicy burgers? Probably not, because it’s been so long since you have practiced that slogan. Every single time I reluctantly try Wendy’s it always ends in disappointment. This is why you are struggling to stay afloat and relevant. Just read the reviews, I mean really read the reviews all of the bad ones for every single location… that is your problem. Go back to what Dave Thomas started and fix this mess you have created. Give your franchisees a swift kick and have them actually follow SOPs. All the remolding in the world doesn’t mask the garbage food you serve.

  Restaurant was clean and well stocked. Ice and soda machine were fully functioning. Staff were quick to take our order and get it made. Food was hot and fresh. I do not frequent Wendy's but once a year. I choose this fast food based on the freshness of the food. I ordered a single and was not asked anything about it and did not realize it automatically came with cheese (I have a dairy intolerance). They had to remake the burger. They did it without complaining.

  4 people in line, and 20 minutes of waiting just to leave without ordering. Meanwhile 6 drive through orders were taken and left with their items.
