  Amazing experience through the drive-through Lyric had taken my order She was truly helpful And very honest and very friendly. I would like to recognize her Her customer service was refreshing. She was super sweet and had a really pretty smile.

  Just left this restaurant and I had the absolute most horrible service I’ve ever received from a fast food restaurant. I ordered a large baja blast freeze aswell as a large nacho fry. it took a while for the lady to answer and then when I got to the window she handed me a drink that was completely overflowing and dripping on me. I didn’t want to bring it into the car and get everything sticky so I grabbed one of my napkins from my car since the lady didn’t hand me any and tried to wipe it down myself. Because of how much it was overflowing it would’ve needed a lot more. I asked her if she could throw away the napkin for me and grab me a new one and she said she wasnt able to. I grabbed my food and left as I didn’t want to cause a scene, but let me just say I’m in customer service aswell and I would have never treated someone this way. I’m extremely disappointed in the service and I hope you guys can come up with a solution so I don’t have to deal with higher ups.

  Idk who made the food tonight but they, and all the workers there tonight deserve a raise! They were super nice and quick.. the food was well made!!

  I eat taco bell maybe once every 6-8 weeks. Who doesnt enjoy a cheap taco every now and then? This location is a complete hit or miss. Either I come and get hot food, normal portions and decent service or cold food crappy portions and the service is horrid. Its never in the middle. Ive gotten to the point id rather drive to a different location.

  Taco Bell at Cooper and Warner gets five stars from me, and I say that with full honesty and a little bit of self awareness. Do I sometimes question my choices the next morning. Yes. Do I still come back for more. Also yes. The vegetarian options here are just too good to ignore. There is actually variety, which I appreciate more than I can say. It is not the usual sad situation where meatless means you are stuck with one lonely item and a compromise. There are so many things to choose from, and when the craving hits, Taco Bell absolutely delivers. Beans, potatoes, sauces, customizations, all the comforting chaos I apparently never learn to resist. There is something deeply satisfying about knowing exactly what you are getting into and going for it anyway. Sometimes I regret the tummy ache the next day. Sometimes I do not. Sometimes it was completely worth it, and honestly, most of the time that is the category this place falls into. It is delicious, indulgent, reliable, and somehow always calling my name when I should probably be making better decisions. But life is short, and Taco Bell on Cooper and Warner keeps the vegetarian lineup interesting enough that I keep saying yes. No notes. No judgment. Five stars.
