  Went to the drive thru to place an order. The automated message asked if I was checking in and I said Yes. The guy came on and said What can I get you? I provided my check in code and he said again quickly, what can I get you? I began ordering and noticed he still hadn’t entered my code (which I thought you had to do in the beginning) I asked if he was going to enter it and he sighed heavily and tried to repeat the code but was wrong. I gave him the code again and the tone in which he replied, made me question if he enjoys his job. I made the comment, “you don’t have to act like you hate your job” and he said “Well then… you can just pull around to the window!” And then immediately called his manager inside from her smoke break. Once it was my turn at the window, the manager walks up and tells me my total. I ask her for the gentleman’s name who took my order. She stared at me blankly for a few seconds and would not release his name. Instead, she said “What did he do? I’m the manager” I proceeded to express how condescending and rude he was. She seemed to not give a crap either and told me my total. I did not pay because I was not going to take my chance with the guy (Leif) also making my food. I will never recommend this TB location to anyone ever, just for the service alone

  Placed a large order online drive thru pickup. Was greeted well from gentleman. Received drinks okay. And food was prompt. Asked for 2 sides of the verde sauce and received MAJOR attitude from lady in the background. Apparently asking for sides of verde sauce is not welcoming! Tried to give us avocado sauce and my daughter said no please just the side cups of the verde sauce. She was pissed and my daughter said if it’s a problem never mind. I think she was a team lead or manager. She definitely needs to have better customer service. If we were able to order or add to order we wouldn’t have to ask but since it was taken off the menu, unfortunately we have to request to an actual person.
