  I had an issue with my drive-thru order, and the young man with long hair, glasses, and a pleasant demeanor came to assist me. He fully listened to my concerns before addressing them calmly and seemed genuinely interested in finding a solution. He maintained great composure during a difficult situation. It is rare to find managers and employees who are as professional and kind as he is.

  Tallon is incredible! I came in with complicated orders for 6 people and he got it all correct so fast! I was also out of there in less than 10 minutes! He was so nice and professional

  While the woman at the window was pleasant, my food was not. I ordered several hashbrowns and they were all cold and overly crunchy due to the lack of freshness. Considering that I can't order breakfast ahead of time on the taco bell app, I really shouldn't be receiving food that was made before I even arrived at the restaurant.

  The worst fast food experience ever. Went there at around 2:30PM on a Sunday it was not busy. There was however a few people waiting for orders inside one car in drive through. They had one of there two lobby doors locked why, I dunno? But th bad part was the people on there had already been there for 20 minutes and was telling the staff to speed up. We mad our order anyway an sat there for 35 minutes then watched people that came in after us get handed there food. So I went to the counter and they actor like I was the inconvenience for them having to make my order in which I paired for. I will not go back, I will not recommend and in-fact I will always recommend people go somewhere else. I’m not sure if it was covid or what but service today is shit and this one tops them all. And if you don’t heed this warning you will see lol.

  If I could do less than one star I would! 23 minutes for food!! Watched as people that ordered after us got food first! Ridiculous
