  The Gilbert and Williams Field location opens at 8am. My team arrived at 8:20am. They didn't have anything set up. We had to wait another 10mins. 1 friend asked for her sub to be heated up. It wasn't. What a disappointment 😞

  Good service but this place is not clean. They need to move the kids and straws from under the fountain drink machine. Side drips onto everything. Overall cleanliness is not great.

  I ordered a steak sandwich yesterday, came almost just bread, very little steak in it. I will only go in another location now…

  Came to try subway for the first time. Went through the entire line waiting. Get to the front and order my sub, a pocket sub, 2 cookies and a drink. And they declined to accept my cash payment. You now get one star and lost my business permanently

  Fantastic service! Employees were quick, asked the essential questions about toppings and extras, and offered us their rewards program. Signing up is easy and takes seconds, and you can add previous purchases after paying via their app. Worth it all around for quick food, good customer service, and good rewards.
