    This Sonics sucks everytime I have came here my drink is very questionable compared to the other locations I go to and I pay extra for the customizations I do no recommend on this place the employees have to be talked to to pay more attention to what they are serving out Had to edit forgot to say the app didn’t charge half off the drinks as advertised and this is the second time this has happened on two seperate phone I did not bring up to employee as I assume they can’t fix what happened in app and second they walk away without checking if everything is good compared to other locations I visit

    My boyfriend and I got 2 master shakes and they taste watered down and just off just not right at all. There were mysterious black flakes in the shakes and we were sitting there for 20 minutes and it was not busy at all and it was drive through only. We got small shakes and it was 12 dollars for both of us for small shakes that were watered down with mysterious flakes

    Maria doesnt give out receipts or the food you order. Naomi will give you attitude and be completely disrespectful and ignore everything you said. The GM still hasn't called to talk about the issue, after corporate emailed them.

    April 4th today I placed an order online it was to be ready at 9:45 p.m. I get there at 9:49 p.m. I press the red button I give him my name they said they'll be out shortly I was the only one there 10 minutes after I got there an SUV pulled in and I'm still waiting for my order. At 10:05 p.m. the SUV is getting their order and I'm still waiting my order was only two drinks and a large order of tater tots. So hit the button again and I asked why someone's getting served when I was there way before that person and a place to order online and it was to be ready at 9:45 and here we are 20 minutes later. They say it'll be out in the moment I waited another 5 minutes it finally comes out. The drinks are fine the large tater tots or not large I thought it was broken pieces of tater tots in there were pieces of french fries and with few tater tots that were were extremely cold. The girls working there need to learn how to do their job. Now I can see why they're rating is 3.7.. THIS WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. WHAT HAS HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THE GIRLS WORKING THERE TONIGHT SURE LACK IT.

    I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from the 987 N Gilbert Sonic’s location on Friday, March 13th. I placed an order on the Sonics mobile app and got to the location a few minutes after my scheduled pick up time. I parked in one of the mobile pick up only spots and entered the stall number on my app. I confirmed that I was in the right stall. I also checked several times on the app to make sure I had the right Sonics location selected, which I did. After waiting 10 mins I was confused why my food had not been brought out to my car yet. I tried calling the location about my order but none of the staff picked up the phone. I thought that they might be short staffed and my order was just taking an extra long time. After waiting 15 mins, I decided to go through the drive through and ask what was going on. I explained to the lady working the drive thru window that I had placed a mobile order and I had been waiting over 15 mins for my food. I gave her my name and what was on my order. I was then told that my order had already been picked up. I told her that was impossible because I am the only one with access to my app and I out in the correct parking space number. After pausing for a few mins, she said there was nothing they could do. I was getting really frustrated at that point because I was super hungry and paid over $12 and wasn’t going to get any food. She said to come up to the drive thru window and would ask what happened and try to find a solution. When I pulled up to the drive thru window after waiting for a few cars to go through she seemed to completely forgot about my situation and asked if I had ordered a small shake. Not a huge deal but it was a little annoying having to explain what happened again and I had not received my food. I even told her that I have an email confirmation of my order and receipt on my mobile app. I gave my full name about 4 times and was really trying to be polite. She said she would ask about my order again and I was hoping there would be a resolution. I even asked if there was a manager I could speak to about this and wasn’t given a strait answer. She wasn’t being rude at all and could understand why I was frustrated. After several mins another one of the female workers came to the window and said that she dropped off my order to customer’s in the parking lot already and that there was nothing that could be done since they didn’t deny the food. I said that she must of dropped off my order to the wrong people because I was in the correct stall number, which I confirmed when checking in on my app. I was very upset because I was a paying customer and wasn’t going to get any food. I wasn’t given any apology and she made it seem like I was lying. This girl definitely had an attitude with me. I was starving by now and didn’t want to deal with this back and forth exchange that was going nowhere. I let her know that the service I was provided was horrible and that I would never come back to this location. I decided to order the same meal at the Sonics at the 1260 S Val Vista location in Mesa. I had no problem getting my food there. The worker confirmed my name when giving me my food, which I appreciated. I have ordered through the Sonic mobile app multiple times over several years and have never been treated so poorly as a customer. Usually a worker confirms my name when dropping off my order. I understand that mistakes happen but I was not given any help and there was no empathy. Management at the 987 N Gilbert Rd location really needs to train their staff on how to be better with customers and actually care.
