    Last night at around 9:30pm I went to Sonic after a show. I was in a great mood and so excited to finally eat after a long day! First, the park and order screens hardly work. My order got cancelled because I couldn’t click any of the buttons on the screen. Second, rude teenagers in the parking lot were sitting there and laughing at me and yelling rude things. Third, I have to re order which is fine and my food gets brought out. The cherry slushy I order is white??? with like a splash of red flavoring? We don’t get any sauce for our fries, mozzarella sticks, and pretzel. One of the most awful experiences with fast food I have had in a while.

    The food was terrible. The tater tots were soaked in grease, chicken bites were old and hard. The m&m sonic blast I got had a scoop of m&ms on top of the vanilla ice cream and nothing was mixed in. They even got our drink order wrong. Both were regular cokes when we ordered a diet Dr. P and Coke Zero.

    This experience was completely unacceptable. I waited 25 minutes just to place my order, then another 30 minutes in line to reach the window—only to be told I had to redo my order. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, the order was still incorrect. At no point did anyone apologize, and the employee I dealt with was unfriendly and unprofessional. This level of service is far below expectations. Because of this location, I will never eat at another Sonic again!

    i parked in a stall to pick up my mobile order and i was there for 20-25 minutes waiting for my two DRINKS. i had to go knock on their door and window and i was ignored, so i called in and they finally acknowledged i was outside. whoever finally brought out our drinks was apologetic but its frustrating that it only took them a minute to bring out our drinks, that means they’ve been sitting there the whole time and no one brought it out. also when i went to knock, i saw two people walking around doing nothing. one on the phone, sagging pants & all and one just leaning talking to another employee making someone else’s order. im usually not one to write negative reviews but this was irritating and the second time we’ve had to deal with a long wait for no reason. both occurrences, only two other people were outside waiting for food so there’s no reason for them to take even 10 minutes to bring out some drinks. no idea if there’s any management there either. if there is, someone’s not doing their job right.

    The last time I went the young gentleman that took me and girlfriends order was short and rude even tho I was being respectful saying please and thank you. I was completely ignored he acted like I wasn’t even there when he handed me my items after I was saying thank you for everything that was handed to me not even a word after I received my last bag of ice he just closed the window. I ordered 2 bags of ice and a medium drink nothing complicated and i was treated like a complete inconvenience. I thought maybe the guy was having a bad day or maybe was just over his shift we’ve all been there. Or maybe I had said something he didn’t like whatever it was I brushed it off not a big deal. Day 2, about 5 days later my girlfriend goes by her self this time to grab ice for the house she also orders the ice a small drink and a corn dog. she said it is was the same gentleman from last time, he was again short and rude she paid with cash and she said he look at her like she was crazy for paying with cash. Then proceeded to say nothing to her even after she was saying please and thank you as well. First time maybe just a fluke second time I’m probably not the only customer being treated unprofessionally.
