  Great steakhouse in gilbert! I had the filet mignon and the fries and it was amazing, very juicy and flavorful. Our server Jill provided amazing service as well. Overall a five star experience!

  Really needs a total cleaning or remodeling. Not kept up very well. Ordered steak and shrimp . 🍤 was cold. Waitress was nice and pleasant. Price was high for what you received but really can't blame OUTBACK. Hopefully will try back in a year.

  My wife and I had lunch at this Outback and we found the food fine, but some of the worst service we have ever had dining out. I have eaten at other outback establishments and I have never had any issues, but this place, I questioned. We were seated right away and the waiter showed up shortly after and he looked like he hated the job and made little effort to interact with us. He seemed to look tired and lack any patience to deal with people. He only came by once during our meal to check on us. Another waiter came by with my wife's salad, dropped it on the table and walked away without saying a word. A waitress came by with our order and when we asked for another loaf of bread, she said, "sure" and never came back with the bread. We found the portions to be small and lacked any presentation. I left as small of a tip as I could Never going back here again.

  Terrible management, this is personally to the manager on duty Named Mike S. on 04/24/2026 around 6:30PM - if I was your DM, you’d be looking for a new job. Terrible attitude as soon as we walked through the door. They replied & now deleted the comment - I seriously don’t even care to come back.

  We went for 3 course meal for $13.99 but they weren't even advertising it at the restaurant, so we asked about it. Come to find out it was for only 3 specific choices, even the dessert was $3 more unless you got the cheese cake. So we proceeded to order anyway. When my food arrived it was missing the baked potato. I got a look when I had asked for it. The salad was awful, tasted like it had been sitting for quite a while. It was a terrible experience and will not be returning. We had the best experience at Texas Road House so that is where we will continue to go.
