  Big Arch meal bread was hard my wife's chicken strips were soggy.brought us new food and chicken was still soggy. To top it off we waited 25 minutes to get are food

  No one at counter, no drink station, staff doesn't care, will literally walk by and ignore you if by some miracle someone walks up. After ordering for a family of 8 I waited 20min to fill up a water bottle and was told I could buy a water since its only in the back. The guy gave me water eventually to be fair. As amazing as it is that McDonald's is still in business its absolutely mind blowing that places like this are. I've only been here a handful of times, and every time ever customer is pissed.

  The drinks are behind the counter and the employees seem to get annoyed with you if you ask for a refill

  Food was okay. They forgot my 2 hot n spicy sandwiches. Also when I went to counter with my recipe that manager looked irritated I even went to the counter and after 30 minutes of not getting my food..I just left it. Also my son went to the restroom and he ended up getting fecal matter on his pants because the bathrooms were unkempt. We will not be going here anymore.

  Worst McDonald’s ever. Codes can’t be given or used. Excuses not to give codes while ordering. Wait times are horrendous with only 3 people in drive thru. McDonald’s ownership should go back to McD’s “training” on how to run a McDonald’s. Terrible. Won’t go back here.
