  Literally not one table in the entire restaurant was clean. There were only 2 families dining at the time, nobody inline, we had to clean off our own table. I think it was social time in the back, they were all just standing around chit, chatting.

  Shoutout to the team at the south Gilbert McDonald’s! Every time we come through the drive-thru, Rhett greets us with a huge smile and the kind of positive attitude that can instantly make your day better. It’s rare to find someone who consistently brings that level of energy and friendliness, and it really shows how much he cares about the customers. The service here is always fast, the orders are right, and the staff genuinely seem happy to help. Because of people like Rhett, this location stands out. In my opinion, this might just be the best McDonald’s in America! Keep up the great work!

  I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience at McDonald’s was bad enough that I feel like I have to. The staff came off super rude right away kicked me out for no reason The prices are honestly kind of crazy now for fast food, and it definitely didn’t feel worth it. My burger looked like it was just slapped together without any care, and it didn’t taste fresh at all. The fries were cold and soggy, which is just disappointing because that’s usually the one thing they get right. The whole place just felt off—long wait, people getting the wrong orders, and employees acting annoyed when anyone asked a question. It just didn’t feel welcoming at all. I get that everyone has bad days, but this was on another level. I wouldn’t come back to this location.
