  This McDonald’s needs some serious help. They do not have a process down and make their customers wait a very long time for food. Once you get the food it’s practically cold. Someone needs to come and retrain these kids.

  Me and my man have been there a few times, used to be good, then the last time we went there these young female employees were chatting with these 2 guys right outside the drive thru window and they were laughing and joking around and barely doing their job. Second time, which is now our final time going, they didnt even answer us when we were at the drive thru, then when we pulled up they were all chit chatting in the kitchen not paying any attention to the fact that we didnt even get to order. Mind you there was another person ahead of us who we saw leave and I dont even think they got help either.

  I am sitting in your lobby while writing this. And thinking why do I come here there is always a problem when I come here for example today the employee gave me the wrong receipt and did not ask if I was staying or going. The food is ice cold. The fries were soggy and no salt on them. The employees are going in and outside and not washing hands I can see them. They are touching vacuums and face and not washing hands

  This is the worst service at any store in the valley. Placed a mobile order for a single cup of coffee. Arrived minutes later and waited in an empty store and watched them serve drive up customer after drive up customer. No one had time to pour a coffee. I then went to the drive up. Still not ready. Then went back in. Mobile orders and walk ins are last priority.

  I am beyond disturbed by my experience at this McDonald’s I ordered food for my children, and when I received my drinks, the Hi-C orange looked completely watered down — like straight water. I politely said something and simply asked if I could switch to a Sprite. That’s it. No attitude, no problem — just asking for what I paid for. Instead of fixing it, the employee went to get the manager. The manager then started speaking in Spanish, talking negatively about me and saying I was “complaining” and that the drinks weren’t watered down. What he didn’t realize is that I am Afro-Latino — I am Cuban and Black — and I understood everything. Not only was he talking about me, but he made a racist comment saying that “Black people love sugary drinks” and questioned why I was still in the drive-thru. That is blatant racism. When I calmly addressed it and let them know I understood what was said, I was completely ignored. The manager then pretended not to understand English, even though he had just been speaking it clearly. That behavior was intentional and dismissive. This was not just bad customer service — this was discriminatory, racist, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be stereotyped, talked about, or disrespected like that — especially when they are being polite. I came there as a paying customer and was treated with disrespect and racism. I will never eat at this place again
