  Two days ago. The worker taking our order was very nice. The floor was covered with food ,papers and spills. There was no ketchup, no containers, no cup lids, the garbage was overflowing at all containers. The fish was good but the fry's were very greasy. We soaked it up with napkins. All this and only 5 or 6 people there! Manager was there, just NOT doing his job.

  Location says open at 4am... For at least 6 times of visiting this place anywhere from 4:15 to 4:30am pull up to the drive through nobody responds to take order.....What is going on? So frustrating........ If staff refuses to be available When the establishment says open. Then do your job and be open and ready to work and serve customers.

  Iced caramel macchiato's made three times and still mostly cream and a really horrible flavor. 15 minutes for two hamburgers and another better than 5 minutes to get the horrible iced coffees. I'm inside an ordered an outside 20 minutes later with two small burgers to iced coffees. Bathrooms no toilet paper but clean. Was not even the lunch hour yet.

  I am done here… How is it that I pull up in the drive through at exactly 10:30 for lunch and my food is cold, my son’s chicken nuggets are cold, stale and fries are warm but hard and taste like they were double dipped in fryers. I expected fresh food. If you don’t serve lunch before 10:30 why is it not fresh? My burger tasted like it was sitting there for a long time. You need some new people here that know how to cook. I will take my McDonalds eating back to Power and QueenCreek. Much better there.

  Literally the “WORST” McDonalds (Store #211 Val Vista & Pecos) I’ve ever been too! We just waisted $64.87 Order #211 Sun 3/15/26 8:48pm. One of the young female staff members literally yelled at the top of her lungs at the other employees because they got busy. So UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They got our order wrong. The food tasted like it was sitting under a heating lamp and was microwaved! Fries were overcooked and stale! Unacceptable even for Fast Food. I’ve been to many McDonalds and never received disgusting food and service like this! Trash bins are full. Drink area is unclean. Very DISAPPOINTING! No one takes pride in their jobs at this location. Very sad! So, If you can ovoid this McDonalds, please do. It’s worth driving the extra mile or two to the next nearest McDonalds! 🙁
