- CACecily Avelino2 days ago1.0I’m giving this place a one star review as I have celiac disease which falls under the American Disabilities Act and the manager at the establishment will not allow me to bring in my own food. Which means when I’m spending money for my family to play games, bowl, and eat there I have no choice but to sit and watch my family eat as there’s nothing safe for me to have here. I asked if they allowed service animals and the answer was yes, which is confusing that this establishment picks and chooses which disabilities they’ll allow in their establishment. However if you have a party you can bring in your own cupcakes and cakes so confused how if I brought in my own food it would be a health violation yet that’s allowed. Seems a little counterintuitive if you ask me. I understand it’s not managements fault it’s whoever runs Main Events policies and they have to abide by that so they don’t get in trouble for saying yes, it’s just such an unfortunate experience when this place isn’t cheap to begin with.

I ordered the cheeseburger and fries, and it was hands-down the best burger I’ve had in a long time. I’m already looking forward to coming back just to have it again! A massive shout-out to the entire crew working the Noon to 3:00 PM shift. Everyone was truly amazing, friendly, attentive, and professional. Huge kudos to the kitchen staff for delivering such high-quality food. If you’re hesitant about the menu here, don't be; they are knocking it out of the park!
