  Thank you Rachael and Suzanna! I recently made an order online at a location that was no where near me. I called the store and spoke with Suzanna who was able to cancel the order and recommended that I call the next morning to speak with a manager to just double check. She was so kind, professional and helped my mistake without hesitation. Fast forward to the next day, I spoke with Rachael, a manager, and she saw the cancellation and then took care of the refund. She was also very kind, professional and very informative of what to do in the future. Thank you both for just being kind and understanding. It was completely my mistake but not once did you make me feel bad.

  I live super close and used to frequent this location often. However, in the last couple of months there is always an issue with my order or an insane wait time. Last time it was both. After waiting for over 30 min in the drive thru I was given the wrong order. With my last experience I should have checked before driving off. But I fidn't realize it until I got home and wasn't waiting another 30 min to get the right order. Not sure if its new staff or understaffed but management really needs to re-evaluate.

  I was just there this morning about 10 minutes ago and the lady who is working in there is completely rude and has no customer service skills. The guy that was ahead of me wanted her to fix his order and she ignored until sje came back to the register. She complained how the GM wasn't helping and you could tell she didn't want to be there. When it was my turn she asked " are waiting for an order or are you making one now!" I told her I was making it noe and she told me I needed to order on some Koisk very rudely so I walked out. Very rude and disrespectful.

  Gilbert location rude and disrespectful. I sent a complaint and got a free smoothie. When I went in to get my free smoothie they completely forgot about me. They weren't that busy but filled the person who came after me their order. I had to go up and remind them that they forgot about me on a free smoothie from the rude service I received before. I love jumba juice and yes there are other locations that I will be using but sometimes convenience of location is nice. The Gilbert location continues to give rude service. I would not recommend going to this location. There are others who are respectful to you as a customer. The location on higley road is a drive thru and are much nicer.
