  Products be old and the employees know they just are too lazy to switch them out not only that they’re rude and unprofessional this who established needs new leadership / management asap

  All the workers act like unlocking the formula case is such a big deal and are very rude about it. They will have you waiting 20 minutes just to get it unlocked.

  3/8/2025 Pauline helped me with my deli order. She was very pleasant and efficient ... during high volume traffic. I've kept this note to make sure I send a positive customer service review! Customer service isn't always easy...especially when you have GRUMPY "demanding" customers who can take your spark away. In customer service myself for 35 years (I've seen it all) !!

  Just moved to AZ a month ago from TX and I bought a Kureig coffee machine. I only had 1 coffee from it before it broke.. the button glitched then the inside thing started smoking..smelt like burning rubber. I took it to exchange for a new one. I threw away the box and receipt didn't think this would happen as my previous Kureig lasted for years. I asked the customer service old white lady if she coulf look up my receiot with the frys card or something.. she tripped out and said "I don't have time to look up thousands of receipts" and I responded with "you don't have to be rude about it, I just need help". Keep in mind, i just moved here and only shopped here like 2 times lol Anyways, after the extremely terrible customer service, zero support, no attempt to ask a manager.. i left the garbage kureig in the cart and walked out. I threw away the Frys memebership card in their trash can as ill never return to Frys and will shop at their competitors. #byefelicia

  Nice and big selection. I typically enjoy shopping at Frys since my old one closed, plus I get my meds at the Pharmacy here. . The last few visits in past 2 months although, not so friendly. The machines are very sensitive. I did not put my items onto the belt straight away after scanning. The workers assisted me, only when of course the machine made me pause, that’s okay. The workers only approach when there’s an issue YOU made, or when it’s necessary. Even then, the interactions you get with the customer service employees are brief, even snappy at times, over a mistake. Their tones included, of course very short responses even when they actually engage with you (which by the way they don’t even say hello or anything) have just felt very rude. I’m not looking for a full on conversation... Self checkout is robotic enough, it’s just strange how basic interactions with them feel dismissive.
