- SJSarah JeanApr 11, 20262.0Something has changed at this location. Fries are always soggy floppy crap. Burgers served with cheese not melted. What happened? What's changed? This used to my favorite spot for a long time. Now I've gone 2x amd noticed both times fries are not the same and burgers no longer as juicy nor does the cheese melt. Had to give it another shot...and won't go back. Its too expensive to not even eat the fries. This place hands down used to have the best burgers amd fries! Now its bad.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
