- TMTravis Mahaffey4 days ago1.0I placed an online order and immediately called to change the pickup time. I was told it couldn’t be adjusted. I was then told I could cancel the order and come in to reorder, but that doing so would mean waiting in person anyway, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. When I tried to clarify this, the employee hung up on me. I called back several times and my calls were ignored. When I blocked my number, the phone was suddenly answered. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the person I was speaking with was the GM. His name is Matthew. Matthew was rude, condescending, and dismissive. There was no effort to help or resolve the situation in a reasonable way. Because of how this was handled, I canceled my order and will not return to this Wingstop location. Very disappointing customer service.

The chicken tenders were barely edible. I only got one that was actually decent. The fries weren't even a full portion, more like a small handful. I ordered buffalo ranch, but there was zero ranch on them. I get that things can get stressful, but it’s really not that hard to take a moment and double check what you’re handing out to customers. That’s part of the job. When people pay for food, they expect it to be right and at least edible. This location really needs to take more pride in what they’re doing.

The whole time this girl in the kitchen was pissy and arguing with the other staff we could all hear it. It gets to a point where you should just be mature and handle it off shift especially when it’s affecting your wait times that much. Thank you too the kind front of the house female and male that were taking orders, they seemed like the only two people on top of it.
