The employees were extremely rude ano didn't even apologize for messing up my order. They were awkward and extremely unprofessional. They were just laughing, cussing on the phone when I called. After the second time of the order being wrong, I called for a refund and she put the manager on the phone. The manager only wanted to refund me for one of the items. I said I needed a full refund. I doubt they even gave me a refund. Horrible experience. This is the worst Wingstop location with the most incompetent employees.

I ask the girl who just handed me my food is this lightly seasoned fries she said yes. She ask if I would like them remade. I said yes! Then this male employee come out to the lobby and put his hands in into my bag took out the fries . First off you’re not supposed to take back food into the kitchen after it been handed out! Then that same guy comes back out with some new fries ask if those were ok! I say yes! But when I got home started eating the rest of the fries they were still so salty. It’s like he put fresh fries on top of the old fries and just give them to me.The chicken was not cooked right either. I did a Survey on their food and all they did was give me a coupon for free fries! I’m sorry, but I’m not going back there! I don’t want free fries! I want someone to call me back and tell me what they’re going to do about that employee who put his hands in my bag and took food that was already crossed the counter plane back into the back of the kitchen. This place is going to make someone sick.
