The man at drive thru wasn't speaking loud enough and got mad when politely we asked to speak louder he yelled at us and proceed to throw the soda at us at the window and called us racial slurs and he threw the food at us and it got all over my grandma

This is NOT Asiago chicken ranch! My spicy chicken was great. My daughter's son of baconator was good. The French fries tasted great. My wife's Asiago chicken ranch sandwich was absolutely disgusting.... Smelled like rotten coffee and looked like it was cooked 3 times longer than it should have been in oil that hasn't been changed in weeks. I asked the manager if this was normal. He said yes. . . I've never had any sandwich from Wendy's that looked like this.

You would think if u ordered 4 different burgers they would separate combos ..
Instead not only did they put all burgers together and did not separate
Especially since in allergic to mustard and hate onions but then they made order wrong ..
Soon as we walked in they all seem sooooo disorganized... one of workers was even working in swears.. not sure whT that was all about ..

Dude that took my order looked so unhappy to be there . He had an attitude for taking him away from prepping orders for customers on drive thru and there was only me and my child and a father and daughter. The establishment wasn't busy . People who don't like to deal in customer service shouldn't be in a place that deals with servicing customers.
