    This team is really struggling. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever. I came in for lunch with my kids today, and there was one person ahead of me. No greeting, nobody at the register. Waited about 10 minutes, finally was acknowledged and a girl said "sorry for the wait" after the person in front of me already gave up and left. More people came in behind me, two of whom gave up and left. During this time, I decided to go ahead and just order on the app. Placed my order and sat down to wait before anyone ever came to the register. No ketchup cups at the condiment bar. Food was correct and good though.

    I ordered through doordash for pickup, and someone with a doordash bag grabbed our food before we got there. I know that part isn't their fault, except that they didnt verify who was supposed to be picking it up. They assumed he was a dasher. But my order was for PICKUP, not delivery. When my son got there, the manager said it was already picked up, and I needed to contact doordash. But doordash doesn't have an option for me to tell them that my food was gone when I got there. I had to drive there myself, and show the manager the app, and that there's no other option for pickup, if the food isn't there when I get there. It's the restaurant's responsibility to check who is picking up the food. I had to argue to get them to remake the food. The "manager" was VERY rude, and mocked my angry facial expression, and when they remade my food they didn't have the order on their screen any longer. I had to show them the receipt on the doordash app, which didn't have details on it, like leaving onions off a burger, or the size of the fries, etc. So we got all the way home (I should have checked, I know) before we realized there were items missing and prepared incorrectly. So, 3 trips worth of gas, a VERY rude manager, and cold food from having to go back and forth. I mean, I love their food, but seriously. BAD customer service. I meant to contact the general manager, but kept forgetting to call. I'm assuming this manager has had complaints before, and hopefully she doesn't work at a customer service job for her new career.

    I’m mad because me and my family went to get their Halloween toy after the pumpkin patch. Advertisements out the wahzoo, we order 3 kids meals they didn’t put the toys in the bag, so we go back around and they tell us that they ran out of toys. We WOULD NOT have spent money on kids meals, we would have split an adult meal for them. You can say “so what, no big deal” but it was to my kids that night. If you can’t offer what you advertise at least tell me before I waste my money.

    I don't typically have highest expectations for Fastfood.Got my food pulled out the jr cheese burger to eat while I got on the free way to discover a nearly cold burger, worst burger of my life but hey I'm hungry.
