Last week I stopped at the Wendy on 727 S Cooper in Gilbert AZ. Service was great, from the young woman cashierwho apologized for the wait (there really wasn’t any, she was just filling a previous order) to the young man who gave me the order when ready. Everyone was so polite, respectful and quick! Food was hot, the young man even warned me the fries just came up so they were extra hot and to be careful.
As far as the food, they do a good job, it’s a fast food restaurant, and its quality is better than others. Everything cooked was hot and the drink was cold, just the way it should be.
Dining room was very clean.
They even brought out an order to a large table (8 people including several kids) instead of just calling out their name, since there was no line at the time. Exceptional service for this type of restaurant .
Really hoping this isn’t one of the restaurants they are going to cut. But if they do, they should try to keep the people working there, at another location, if possible.

Waited outside for my drive through order for over 10 minutes only to watch them give my order to the car next to me and drive off. Manager didn't even know how to do refunds because it still hasn't appeared on my bank account. Embarrassing and disappointed this Wendy's is in my neighborhood. Pure incompetence

I went through the drive-thru to get an order of fries for my daughter as a treat while we were out, that's all I got was one large fry for us to split. When I got to the window I asked if I could have two ranches. The lady told me they're $0.50 each. I asked if I wasn't allowed one sauce for my fries without being charged. She said only ketchup. So basically even if you order food you don't get any sauce except for ketchup without being charged an additional fee. Honestly, I'm not even a fan of Wendy's food. It is just convenient because it's by my house but the convenience isn't even worth it in my opinion anymore. Wendy's lost a customer.
