  Horrible customer service. I asked for an add in in my smoothie and they did not put it in there. Those cost extra!!! There is a different person taking my order than who was at the window so they had no idea what was going on. I asked for a kids cup and did not get it and had to ask again for it. The lady threw it at me in the drive thru. Will never come back to this place at least Jamba Juice has decent customer service

  great service from the young workers! however, owner of this shoppe can update and/or upgrade ingredients, the pineapple passionfruit smoothie I ordered without the lime was too tart of citrus acid...didn't finish it, and the kids chocolate smoothie did not taste good to where child only had two sips and did not want to finish either. also during the late hours drive thru area is very dark.

  Honestly I have never had an issue at this store but tonight 02/17/26 9:25pm (and yes I'm marking the date and time so management can know what 3 girls were working) I placed an order for pickup. When I walked in not a single one of THREE girls greeted me, asked how they can help me or anything of the sort. I told whatever girl was helping me I had a pickup, said my name and she handed me my bag. The bag was an absolute Trainwreck, honey from my smoothie bowl everywhere and so many unfolded napkins that you can tell were just shoved in there. I had to remove all of the napkins to see my full order (flatbread) wasn't there... Which means the girl "helping me" didn't even check if my order was complete before handing it to me. OH wait. She DIDN'T hand it to me .. I had to physically reach over her cash register because she would NOT lift her arm higher and hand it over the register. I've never once in my life had to grab my food from behind the register. That's insane. So I had to turn around to let them know I didn't have my full order. Again, not a single one of the girls asked if something was missing or wrong and one of them quite literally looked at me, rolled her eyes and walked away. Finally get my flatbread, walk out to leave and ONCE AGAIN, not a have a nice night, goodnight or anything. I never ever have left a bad review for anything but honestly, I was shocked by how disrespectful these three girls were. Just gross, catty and pretentious behavior.

  Seriously, do NOT waste your money here. I usually get delivery or pick up in drive through. Went inside tonight and the young girl working the counter thought it appropriate to chat and laugh with her friends rather than help me. Even worse the stack of “clean” blender bases were 4 out of 6 still filthy with remnants of smoothies past. I would have walked out if I hadn’t already paid, smoothie was completely liquified by the time a different employee helped me.

  This spot uses some very disappointing false advertising. They advertise discounts and deals on GrubHub (and perhaps on other third-party platforms too) to drum up sales, but the cost is marked up so much that you don't save money. It's just to manipulate customers into spending more, thinking we're saving. Don't do business with companies that will like to you like this. We can be better!
