Tried to share feedback privately in their survey and got no response so I'm sharing here: My daughter got a free smoothie coupon for winning student of the month in the town of Gilbert. We came in to use her smoothie and I decided to get one with her. I was told that If I got a meal instead of just a smoothie, I would get a half off the smoothie, so I ordered the wrap and the half off smoothie. He ran the transaction and charged me full price for my daughters smoothie and put the coupon toward my half off smoothie (the upsell/discounted smoothie). THIS IS DISHONEST. WHEN I MENTIONED IT TO HIM HE BLAMED THE COMPUTER. I was upsold and it nearly doubled the cost of my total order. Insult to injury: he accidentally gave my sandwich to a customer that was three or four orders behind me in line and instead of making mine right away, I was there for over 30 minutes frustrated over the transaction, waiting as they got back around to remaking my food after the 4 people in line behind me got theres. Great food but on this trip they failed on customer service!

Whole this was disgusting. Also got the chicken pesto and it was soggy and the chicken tasted preheated. It was like extremely bad so bad that I had to write a review. Guess I’ll stay to local places for a good acia bowl.
