While sitting at the bar, the bartender never approached to ask if I needed anything. After trying multiple times to get his attention, I finally ordered a beer and then asked for a glass of water. He didn’t say anything, just walked away, started greeting and chatting with his coworkers, and completely ignored my request. After realizing he wasn’t going to bring the water, I decided to leave. It was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience to be ignored like that by a bartender.

What we found very annoying was if you were a new person you MUST register at a cost of $6 per player. No option. The setup time was a Excessive and in our view a was of our time. I guess just want the information so they can contact you or sell information. Part of the setup is you address! Why,🤷who knows. As we are com Canada the asked for our postal code. The machine won’t accept postal codes. Also you can’t just hit balls! You have to enter everything it to their system. All we wanted to do was just have some fun just hitting balls! Overall a very disappointing experience. I don’t want to end on a negative note so I like that Top Golf is a PEPSI place.
