They waited on 5 people in line before starting my order. All the while, there were 2 HS age boys loudly and obnoxiously harassing their buddy (I assume because they knew his name) working behind the cash register.

We showed up to pick up our 7 sandwiches on time and were told to come back in 40 minutes as the meat was frozen. We waited the time got the subs and headed home. When we got home every sub was made incorrect. This is just horrible subway. Corporate needs more oversight of their franchise. Franchises that are managed like this one needs to be restructured. Get it together or you will be the next Cracker Barrel or possibly Outback.
