- JUJ. UnderhillNov 14, 20251.0I mean it’s the worst Subway in the Phoenix area. Not much else to say. Food is so bad, service is even worse. The owner of this franchise doesn’t care though nothing has changed in years. My recommendation is don’t spend your money here.

We showed up to pick up our 7 sandwiches on time and were told to come back in 40 minutes as the meat was frozen. We waited the time got the subs and headed home. When we got home every sub was made incorrect. This is just horrible subway. Corporate needs more oversight of their franchise. Franchises that are managed like this one needs to be restructured. Get it together or you will be the next Cracker Barrel or possibly Outback.
