    The last 4 times we've been here. This service has been missing missing straws, missing food. This last time the drinks were undrinkable because Apparently, the fountain drinks needed to be serviced. And it wasn't like it was extremely busy. I do use the app. I do tip.

    Whoever was taking the orders at 7:15 on the 13th of February……dude ghosted me. Put my order in, seemed like he legit hates his job and maybe his life and then he disappeared. Didn’t say anything else. No total. No thank you. No “kick rocks sir”. Nothing.

    Order 2 drinks through the app while at the house, arrived 1 minute before estimate time, checked in a proceeded to wait 10 minutes in stall 3 waiting for 2 drinks to get delivered.... Could have gone through the drive thru faster!!!

    We went here today. Ordered at a stall. The screen was black the entire time, so I have no idea if our order looked correct or what the total cost came out to. I didn’t care that much, I trusted that he listened to my order correctly. But then after ordering, we waited about 10 minutes. Which was weird and seemed like a while since there was no other cars in the drive-thru line and barely any cars in the stalls (maybe 1 or 2) next to us so I thought it was weird to be waiting as long as we did without anyone collecting any payment or anything. I pressed the button again to ask if I needed to pay ahead or anything or if there’s an issue and they confirmed no, they’ll just collect my money with my food being delivered. Then we waited another 10 to 15 minutes, the worker came out and asked if I was paying with cash, I said yes, he then went inside again and never came back out to give us our food or collect payment. We literally only ordered two medium slushies and two corn dogs. We left without paying or without any of our food. Sad, cause I was genuinely craving a dang corn dog. Will not be back to this location on Williams Field & Val Vista. That was horrible lol.

    Not sure where to begin, so let's start with service. When you are working the console to interact and take orders you probably shouldn't be pissed off or depressed. The young man that took my order showed annoyance and anger at my questions. Then he cut me off and acted like I was dumb because I suggested that even though I got the food I ordered I thought I was under charged and wanted to make sure I paid for what I ordered. Secondly, I ordered something a little different than normal, coconut cream pie shake. At my home town sonic, this is an easy request and they make it quickly and delicious. This was not the case here. They squirted the coconut flavor in the bottom then put the shake on top. The graham cracker was so minimal I might have gotten 3 crumbs. When I took my first drink it was literally straight syrup. I had to mix it by hand, with a straw because I didn't have a spoon and then I realized it didn't have enough flavor or graham crackers to make it like I had requested. My wife's order was ok and she was content, although her cherry slush also didn't have sufficient flavor and her syrup was barely mixed and she also had to hand stir hers to spread the syrup.
