  I ordered TWO drinks on the app. Just two. Nothing else. It was not busy, maybe one or two other cars in the lot. However, after 15 minutes of people coming and going with a bunch of food and drinks, I asked what was going on, especially since on the app it showed it was "picked up" 3 minutes after the order was placed. I asked what was going on, but the person just said "it's being worked on" without even looking at my order. 20+ minutes later, my two drinks finally arrived. This is insanity. I will not be returning here. If it had been busy, I would understand, but the fact they didn't even look at the order, served everyone else prior to us, and had claimed it was "picked up" on the app only 3 minutes after the order was placed is just crazy.

  WOW, looking at some of the reviews, I can't believe them!! 1 review, 2 reviews, I just can't believe them!! My experience was great!! My review is honest!! Great place for an awesome value!!! The smashed cheeseburger is really good, the fries are great!!! I highly recommend eating here!! To the owner, you have an awesome worker there!! He runs to the cars with their orders and runs back!!! YOU need to take good care of him and make sure he stays working there!!! You definitely don't want to lose him!!!! As I was eating, I watched him hussle with orders to the customers!! I can't say enough, GO EAT AT SONIC on South Higley Road!!!! THIS place you either order ahead or when you are there. You park under the canopy and order and they bring the food to your car.

  I went to this sonic around 10 and “ Leilanai who came out to hand my car our drinks was very rude and unprofessional. Our orders had been put in wrong in the system and she was very rude in telling us that we were wrong and that we did not order what we got. She blamed it on the worker who spoke to us on the screen, and kept repeating “ Oh well she’s new” very rude and shamefully. Definitely will not come to this sonic again..
