There is zero sense of urgency behind the counter. A line of five people somehow turns into a 20+ minute wait. The cooks in the back look completely overwhelmed—juggling the grill while trying to help customers—because the front-of-house flow is painfully inefficient. It doesn’t feel like a staffing issue as much as an operations issue. This place simply does not run like other locations. To make it worse, after the long wait, the portion sizes are skimpy—very Chipotle-esque. Hard to justify the time and money when you leave feeling like you got half a bowl. The convenience is the only redeeming quality. Otherwise, this has easily been the most poorly run location I’ve been to.
