WAYYYY better than chipotle. It’s so green and fresh here. I wish they were further into central mesa but i’ll be coming here whenever possible. Zach checked us out and we got chips and guac for next time with the little qr code thingy :) thanks guys!!!

They loaded up my bowl. Very nice that you don’t have to pay for guacamole! The chips are also so good to get as a side

Disappointed! Quality wasn’t up to the usual standard today. I usually have great experiences here, but today’s order was a real disappointment. I ordered the chicken nachos, and unfortunately, the chicken was badly burnt. The top layer was completely charred, and those burnt pieces were scattered throughout the entire meal.
As a regular customer, I know the food can be delicious, but serving charred meat like this feels unacceptable. Instead of enjoying my meal, all I could taste was the burnt flavor. I hope the team can pay more attention to the grill times so others don't have this experience. I'd love to see the quality return to what I'm used to!

What’s the purpose of ordering online ahead of time, if I drive there and 5 people walk in and get there orders 1st. Took 30 minutes from my order to get my food. It wasn't just me there were 3 others frustrated and waiting.
The kids were polite and doing their best, just maybe help with better prioritizing.

It has ok food. Service was fine.
***UPDATE***
If you must know, I mentioned to the person behind the counter that they were spilling guacamole into the other food containers when they were making the bowl for my wife and he acted like he didn't give a shit. He didn't even attempt to clean up his mess after I mentioned it. We sat in your store after we got our food and I watched him. He never made an attempt to clean it up. It was a heavy set white kid that helped us and he didn't care. I would have given you a higher rating but not after that. I will post a photo of my bank statement so that way you know which employee it was. It was in the afternoon after 2pm.
