    3rd time ordering beef and salad from portillos for the holidays. Order was for 10 people. Beef was excellent but the salad was a huge disappointment. We picked up in the morning christmas eve and the lettuce was brown, wilted and smelled when i started to prepare at 3:30. Very upsetting as I was hosting christmas eve dinner. Will definitely think twice on ordering through catering.

    Food is decent, nothing special. Kiosk ordering process and pickup window area are somewhat disorganized. Very tough to hear everything clearly. Sensory overload. Needs an order-waiting area. Also, this particular Google Maps location has a red arrow that's in the wrong place. The business is on the WEST side of Market Street.

    walked in because everything on there building said open and so does Google says they are open at 9. we arrived at 958am. was rudely told that they only open to the public at 10 and was told to leave. this was told to us by some white talll lady who looks to be the manager. I would have expected them to let us know they would be open in a minute and just have a seat. but no told to leave. I will never go to your buisness again and I will tell others to avoid as well.

    We love Portillo’s especially the Italian beef, but their fries and hamburger are excellent also. We wish there was one in Mesa. But we come to the Gilbert one most often. And I just wanted to call out a young Man named Cade. He had such a good attitude and he was very polite and really made the experience a lot nicer. And then we met Amaryllis who was working in the dining room and she could not have been kinder to us. It makes a lot of difference to have great employees.
