Called in to report our dissatisfaction to the manager in hopes to get a credit for future. Manager refused and said he would only offer a credit if WE drove the pizza back... I can't believe we did, but drove back.. the manager was very rude and didn't offer an apology, barely any acknowledgement when coming in to show them this pathetic pizza... ended up getting a full refund (surprisingly). Terrible customer service. Not my Papa!
