On 11/17 I arrived about 1:07 pm and the very young girl behind the register was not very nice to me, but she was VERY kind to the lady and her teenage daughter that went before me!! I am NOT one to play the race card, but then after I got my food, I went to get my drink at the fountain and she had just got herself a drink also. She put a lid on her cup and I was waiting for her to finish so I could get a lid. She had grabbed the last lid, said sorry, then walked away! I was shocked! The sandwich I got was a limited time chicken sandwich and it had hardly anything in it at all! For the cost of Panera food, their meals should definitely be bigger! This has never happened before!! It was pathetic! The guy handing out the food was also not very kind. Poor service all over the place! To top it off, I had to sit close to a huge table of teenage girls who were so loud! Just a very bad experience!
