Such a sweet, generous person and provided such a good service. Keeping up with our refills, taking off a meal that didn't work out, etc.

Our server Jill was awesome, our drinks were never empty. Always checking back to make sure everything was ok. Best service we’ve had in awhile. Had the brownie dessert which was good but would have been better if the brownie had been warm.

I have to say, I had some of the best service I have ever had at the Gilbert Outback location. Our server, Adam B. was extremely friendly, attentive, and made our presence feel truly valued. Our food coming out PERFECTLY and as ordered (we had some special requests/instructions) was just the icing on the cake. If you want good food and great service, go see Adam at Outback in Gilbert.
- DMDenice MichelleJan 4, 20261.0Delivery review and first time at this location. Ordered a rare prime rib and received well done- possibly cooked the day before, it was so bad. Their (upgraded) wedge salad is the only reason I chose them over TR when I want prime rib, and it was so disappointing. They have switched from real bacon to bacon bits (bacon flavored soy protein), and were very skimpy on the blue cheese crumbles and balsamic drizzle. Another chain I’m done with.
