Worst McDonald’s ever. Codes can’t be given or used. Excuses not to give codes while ordering. Wait times are horrendous with only 3 people in drive thru. McDonald’s ownership should go back to McD’s “training” on how to run a McDonald’s. Terrible. Won’t go back here.

Mmmm gotta love me some Fishy McNuggets... CHANGE YOUR OIL!!! I do not want Chicken of the Sea, ... I want fried chicken that comes from the nugget region of the chicken that tastes like the chickens nuggets!! Not like the chicken went fishing!! Do better!!

Took way too long to get my food, waiting about 15 minutes for a quarter pounder, nothing special about it just the regular quarter pounder. Was told to pull up to wait for the food so we did, 3 other cars also pulled up after us and they all got their orders before me. When I finally got my food they apologized for the long wait and claimed it was due to them ensuring the food was fresh but it was anything but that, when I ate it, it was as if it was sitting in their food warmer for some time. Not only that but the presentation of the burger was laughable with how unappetizing it looked. If I would have known how long it was going to take I would have ordered something different but of course I didn't receive a notice while ordering, how long it could take before getting the burger. For how expensive McDonald's is getting and for how long it takes to get your food now they should be working on better food quality and better experiences, the food 20 years ago was better tasting, looking, faster, and way cheaper. Time to leave McDonald's in the past where it belongs

The weekday morning crew/manager here I will say is excellent, however that is not enough to make up for the abysmal weekend morning crew/manager. They are SO disorganized, theu pull all the cars forward in the drive through only to clear off their timers and work off only the receipts so that their numbers look better, but then theu can't get it together enough to know what food goes where and to whom. It has taken me over 30 minutes to get my food on mkre than one occasion. Not only that, I have witnessed the manager there with a tobacco "lipper" in his mouth which is completely gross and against the health code! Hopefully the owner sees this review and does something about this manager and shakes up the weekend morning crew.

If I could give 0 stars for management at this location I would. I placed an online pick up order through the app on 1/19 for breakfast. I submitted the order and paid at 10:24 am. Everything went through and I sent my son to the drive through to pick it up. He calls me moments later saying the cashier told him the order was cancelled because it was after 10:30 am. She then proceeded to tell him he could reorder but he would have to pay. I was on speaker and told her that makes no sense that my online order got cancelled due to it being past time, but she would still let him reorder the same items and it was beyond 10:30 am at that point. I tried arguing with her and she rudely told me I'll get my money back in 24-48 hrs. I told my son to come home and I would drive there to speak to the manager. So, I get there and asked a gentleman at the counter if I could speak to a manager. He said he was the manager so I explained to him what happened. I showed him my confirmation email with my receipt that I received at 10:24am. He seemed like he had no solution or cared about my problem. He tells me that the app has nothing to do with them and that breakfast time was unavailable when I submitted it. It was 10:24 am so I still had 6 minutes and the app allowed me to order, so that was a lie. I was arguing with him and another female manager overheard. She then tells me that breakfast ordering from the app stops at 10:15 am and the kiosks are the same. So I am getting the run around about the ending times for breakfast and also that the app has nothing to do with their location. They basically told me to deal with it. Didn't even offer any incentive for a free meal, coupons or my money back. I came home and called the customer service number. The representative told me there wasn't a refund submitted on the store's end and she would put in a request. She also asked if I would like a manager to call me from that location. It's now 3 days later, and no phone call or no refund. I am very upset. This location needs better managers and employees. I have been in customer service and hospitality for over 10 years and this is very unacceptable!!!
