  Why say your open till midnight when you close at 10:54..... odd time to close. I would understand dine in to close early, but not the drive thru. This location is always a disappointment, I don't know why we even try there anymore

  I’m a regular customer here I take my clients who are children in the spectrum. We went for a curbside pick up and when the lady handed me my food and walked off I see her hit her vape. My clients saw that and started mimicking her and yelling “she’s smoking”. By the end of the night I get phone call from my clients parents asking me why their saying “ she’s smoking” I explained the situation and not only did I get in trouble by them but also my supervisor. I think smoking in-front of children or “ family-friendly” restaurants is very inappropriate especially since there’s always children around at this location. Doesn’t sit right with me and just unprofessional.

  I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Bacon (no onions), six hamburger patties, a small fry, and a strawberry shake. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect — I received a Quarter Pounder with onions, and everything was extremely salty. You could actually see the salt all over the food. The fries were so salty they were inedible. I called to report the issue, and while the person I spoke with said they wanted to make things right, I don’t have the time, energy, or gas to keep driving back and forth to fix mistakes that shouldn’t happen in the first place. People work hard for their money, and it’s disappointing to keep having these kinds of experiences — especially when we’re supporting a business that depends on loyal customers. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. On a previous visit, I ordered a Big Mac, and the bun was so hard it was like it had been sitting out all day. If I wanted to waste my money, I could just toss it out the car window. Very disappointed overall. To make matters worse, the manager claimed he didn’t have the corporate phone number. That’s concerning — who does he contact when he has an issue? Someone at corporate needs to step in and address the quality and accountability at this location.

  HORRIBLE location. Stopped by just for two large coffees, not busy at all, pulled right up to the window and then was told to pull up to the last window. Literally waited 10 minutes FOR JUST TWO COFFEES while 3 cars behind me got their food and left in that time. When they brought the coffee they tried to give me the wrong size, causing further delay. Finally a couple minutes later they brought the right size but it was full of coffee ground and tasted nasty.
