    Me and my husband just went to the drive-through and a person taking our order told us to chill out very rudely. We asked for a cook to order big Mac bundle box. And it was not cooked to order we called and the night manager was very rude and we asked him we please have it Remade we were told no and That it was made of fresh which they were not. This is a very unacceptable. That is very poor professionalism so I guess the cold soggy fries and The cold nuggets are fresh cooked to order means they’re steaming hot in the fries aren’t soggy and they’re hot

    Crazy how the employees want to argue about sweet and sour sauce and proceed to tell me no I can’t have one because I didn’t order nuggets when I was charged extra for it. Maybe some better training.

    We come here often and today tops the cake. Employees sitting around gossiping while food just sits on the counter. And I mean they are actually sitting at the table beside us. While I love hearing about how terrible your coworkers are, maybe not in the playground area with the kids? Why offer table service if it just sits around in the kitchen? No numbers called. After waiting 15+ mins, I finally went to go look for our food, which of course was cold.
