  The guy at the pay here window is an absolute rude person. I didn’t hear him at the end of my order to pay at the first window when usually when I go to this McDonald’s, it’s paying at the second window. Yelled at me and told me “don’t you do it? “ Like what am I going to do? Also, when I pulled back up to the window, he sat there and shook his head. No need to be a rude person like that just because I didn’t hear him at the end of the order.

  It'd a McDonald's. If anyone gives it more than a 3 or 4 they are crazy. The people who work here have always been very friendly.

  Not the same McDonald's I grew up with. Nobody working the front counter. Just dirty looks from the kitchen as if we are bothering them while they chew food and prepare at the same time. Large mouth fulls. Like a whole patty at once. Flies everywhere. Kids toys broken. Catchup dispenses water. Mushy microwaved food that has no flavor after being nuked. Very very high prices for much less Quality and no customer service rep to get any good or bad service. Just two people hiding in the back and a whole lot of flies. Winder what is going on the back causing so many flies. Just sad and gross.

  My biggest question is: How on Earth am I the 5th person in line at 10:30 AM (when lunch starts at McD during the week) and by the time I receive my food at 10:42 AM, MY FRIES ARE ALREADY COLD?! The employees were not friendly at all, very short with you and you have zero time to ask for ketchup before the window is shut after they hand you your food. I definitely understand the long wait in line. Customers aren’t getting out and going inside, they’re waiting for someone to open the window again and that takes too long. Employees will look you in your eyes and still not come back to the window.

  DO NOT ORDER MCDELIVERY FROM HERE. They will forget things to put in your order and their phone number doesn’t work. This is literally theft!!! Putting 6 things inside a bag and handing it to a driver is not rocket science. Perhaps you should hire employees who are capable of reading first.
